I actually have no idea why I ended up with this particular book. Although I like to mix up my reading now and again and enjoy a more light and "fluffy" kind of book, even this is going a step too far for me. Added to that, the cover that has the bottom half of a wedding dress and the swirly title of "Vision In White" it quite clearly does what it says on th...more

Crowned Review Vision in White - Nora Roberts: Obsessed with weddings? (800 words)

I was very excited to take a brand new copy of this book home from the library having had my name down for a good few weeks. But it didn't take many pages for me to realise that the book was a little disappointing to say the least. Vision in White is the first in Nora Roberts' new series, known collectively as The Bride Quartet, set around a wedding planning business which is run by four friends who spent much of their time in childhood playing at weddings. Now, all grown up, one of them is a photographer, one a cook, one a florist and one a brilliant administrator who owns a fabulous house. How convenient! Synopsis: Mackenzie (Mac) Elliott ...  Read the complete review
