This book is a great follow up to the Calm Down Boris book that we have. Because that book was so good and enjoyed but my daughter, we got this one hoping it would be as fun to read. It is made of thick card so pages do not rip and material of puppet is easy to wipe if it gets dirty. My daughter really enjoys this one at the moment as you can put on really silly voices for all the characters and make wendy speak using the puppet that runs through the book. Last year my son recieved the You`re not so Scary Sid book for his birthday which he loves so when I was asked at christmas time to make my son a wish list I did a search to see what other books Sam Lloyd had written. I added this book and the Calm Down Boris book to my son`s wish list and he recieved both of them as presents. My son loves stories especially at bedtime , we find it is a very good way for him to wind down , he likes us to read him the story and then he will try his hardest to tell us a story. ~About the book~ This book is a hardback book which has a puppet running through the book which will even fit an adults hand! All that is required to bring Wendy to life is for the reader to pop their hand into the puppet and mimick Wendy's mouth movements. I haven't actually read any of the other books in the series so this was still quite a novelty for me to read and my six year old son thought so too. I first came across this book ...
