How the sperm actually gets to the egg is illustrated which then leads the book onto development of a baby. 'Where do babies come from' (unsure of cost £5.99 I think) published by Invader is an excellent buy for families wanting help with explaining the facts of life to primary school aged children. It would also be very handy for parents expecting a new baby as it takes the reader through differences in boys and girls to taking a new baby home. The illustrations are beautifully done, explicity, but with taste in a 'cartoony' type of style. My only gripe with the illustration is the use of diagrams of internal anatomy that a primary school age child would possibly not be able to comprehend. Useful for later ages though I guess.
