 ... harmless version of 'where's wally', on closer inspection I spotted some parts of the pictures which may not be suitable for little ones - on a beach-themed page I spotted several nude sunbathers ( with bits covered by a cleverly placed hand ), and on another page, several pools of blood where seals had been killed. It didn't look like a kids book to me. I think it's better for older ones, or men for a funny Christmas pressie, but few of that age would have the patience to sit and spot stig. first off i want to say i really love top gear but After considering this as a Christmas present for my 8 year old godson, I was relieved I'd had the chance to flick through it in a book shop before buying. Although at first glance it looks like a harmless version of 'where's wally', on closer inspection I spotted some parts of the pictures which may not be suitable for little ones - on a beach-themed page I spotted several nude sunbathers ( with bits covered by a cleverly placed hand ), and on another page, several pools of blood where seals had been killed. This book is a Top Gear book based on the "Where's Wally?" series of books. For those of you who don't know what these are they were a series of children's books where you had to find the character Wally hidden in the picture on each set of pages. For those of you who don't watch Top Gear, The Stig is the mysterious white suited racing driver I have to point out here that the "Where's Stig?" book is not a children's book although it might look like that from the cover. It contains humour typical of that of Top Gear and therefore not suitable for young children although it might appeal to teenagers who like the programme.
