Ever since I was a little girl I have heard the story of how a local girl, Moira Anderson, went missing on a snowy winters night in my hometown, Coatbridge. An unsolved crime always carries a bit of mystery with it, but when it involves the complete disappearance of an eleven year old girl there is an added element that simply won't let the local community forget about it. Moira went missing in February 1957 while on a 500-yard trip to the local Co-op store to buy butter for her grandmother.
