'Who Moved My Cheese?' is a 'self help' book revolving around how to cope with change in your life, and is written by Dr. Spencer Johnson, who has penned a number of similar books; there's a lot of additional information on him inside the book. Despite selling millions of copies over the world, I only recently heard of it through a friend's recommendation, and so I picked it up for just £3.99 in an Eason book shop. I didn't really know where to start with this review, as unfortunately I found the book to be a bit of a mess; fair enough, the title is in big, bold red letters on the cover, but it's also littered with quotes and subtitles which make it ... Who moved my chese ? -------Say Chese and move beyond the comfort zone I remember completing this bestseller during my one hour excursion trip in college...Albeit this book is short-around 100 pages, fun-to-read yet it carries a very powerful inspiration message for all of us. The highlight of the book is 'only thing constant in life is change' and we need to act along to get our cheese. This book is very lucid as it somehow prompts you to identify with four metaphorical characters - Sniff, Scurry, Hem and Haw.
