Both my daughters love traditional fairy tales but they also love ones that are a little bit quirky and different - the sort of stories that twist around the events they know so well and provide a slightly different slant! Therefore it was no surprise when my daughter came home from Nursery with her latest library book - Who's at the Door? by Jonathan Allen. Even from the cover - a picture of three little pigs conspiring together while a wolf's ear and arm are seen stretching round the door! - I could see why it had appealed!
