The market is completely swamped by books on dieting, weight-loss and so called 'feeling good.' I first saw this book reviewed on UK TV Food's Market Kitchen where the author was interviewed. I was interested in her no-nonsense approach to the concept of food and healthy eating. Her overriding quality is that she is conscious that we should enjoy the food we eat; if we have to worry at every meal or snack about how many calories a dish contains or how many grams of fat it contains, the enjoyment is taken away.
