Why Weight? is written by Geneen Roth, an author I am extremely found of. She specialises in the deeper issues involved with eating, dieting and food compulsions, and her knowledge is shown constantly throughout her writing. This particular book, subtitled 'A Guide To Ending Compulsive Eating', is just that: a program to guide you through your issues around food.
