Ruth and Ned fall in love in a pub. Three months later, they're living together and Ned proposes out of the blue. But Ruth hasn't met Ned's uni friends, or his family. How will they take to her and their swift move to marriage? I have to say I was disappointed with this book. Not the story, which is a very real picture of how the two sexes interact with each other, and how people don't tell you the full story, and others try to manipulate situations for their own amusement. Interesting idea for a story. Will appeal to teens. Protagonist is a typical, self-indulgent teen.
