Hollywood screw-ups - the great and the not-so-great who crashed and burned spectacularly - have always fascinated us. Whether it's because of an inbuilt morbid curiosity or simply down to a "there but for the grace of God..." attitude, we just can't get enough of celebrity Armageddon, or "Hollywood Babylon", as one book put it.
