I am an avid weight watchers fan. As diets go, it is definitely the one for me, so I wasn't looking for a different diet, but decided to read this book to see if it had anything new to offer to me, as it was highly rated on other websites. The book comes with a hypnosis CD to back up the ideas in the book. For me, the book wasn't as revolutionary as others have found it. However, it was very easy to read and the language that Marisa Peer uses to help you to change your thinking around losing weight is good as an additional resource for people trying to lose weight.
