This is the story of two guys (Rich Smith and his best friend / sidekick / partner in crime Bateman) who travel across America breaking random laws. It starts when Smith is playing a game with his neighbours at Christmas where he discovers the odd laws that exist only in certain places in the USA. He decides to do a bit of a road trip to see if he can break a few of the laws, which include peeling an a orange in a hotel room (which is illegal in Los Angeles) and walking across the road on his hands (which is illegal in Hartford, Connecticut).
