... is much better value than the Cl41 as it has double the ink capacity, but it is not double the price (same thing for some compatible inks too). The quality of the prints produced, even on my cheap printer, are excellent. The cartidge seems to last a long time and produces good photo prints up to the last few pages (when one colour runs out). In my printer the Cl51 always seems to work fine, just pop it in and away it goes! It is worth checking printer compatibility, as the some printers only accept the Cl41. ...more

With my Canon printer (mp460) I have always stuck to genuine cartridges, after compatible cartidges finished off my last 2 printers. This cartridge may seem more expensive than compatible alternatives, but in the long run I think it offers better value for money. The Cl51 is much better value than the Cl41 as it has double the ink capacity, but it is not double the price (same thing for some compatible inks too).
