Organised chaos is how my office seems to run! We have a dymo machine at work and everything is labelled with it especially the stationary cupboard so everything has its own little area on the shelf. I love the dymo machine and even took it home to label some of my own things! It is a very clever little device and to keep it running you need to refill the label reel. The printer for those that do not know is a little handheld machine with a screen and lettered keys. You pop in the word you want and it prints it on a little sticky back label. It is quick and easy and very fun.
==Price and availability==
The refill reel costs nearly as much as the machine (£12.99) and you can buy it for £8 from stationary stores.
The label reel is shiny and measures 19mm across and is 10m long. This inserts in the machine and then is printed on. The back is self adhesive.
The reel is long and takes ages to run out. It is good quality with a lovely vinyl finish that is slightly waterproof. I like the little labels and find that they last a long time. I have had one on my notebook that has been there ages and similarly as long as people do not pick at the them they will stick on for ages without coming unstuck. The thermal printer makes short, sharp letters that easy to read and very clear.
If you have a Dymo and if you do not then you need to borrow one, you will need the tape to keep it running. By buying Dymo approved paper you are ensuring that your warranty still stands and making sure you have the best possible results.
I like the printer and the labels and find them good quality. The stickiness at the back lasts for ages and they are quite thick. I like the shiny plastic feel to the paper labels as it makes them last longer. You can label anything from kitchen cupboards to bathroom sinks! I have my works mobile number printed and stuck on the back of my works phone! The choice is yours. I would recommend this.
