Epson print media is funnily enough media from Epson.

It basically different types of media that can be used in your Epson printer for, what they say, “Best results”.

Epson offer a wide rang of different types of media including;

Inkjet paper,
Inkjet Card,
Inkjet Transparencies,
Inkjet Glossy paper,
Inkjet Photo paper.

These types of media are in my opinion very expensive for what they are, and they seem to have just added the Epson name that is a quality name, but has really made no difference to the quality of the media.

It’s always good to get media which is of reasonable quality be there is just no point in paying over the odds for these products, like the Epson branded media.

The actual quality especially the paper isn't noticeably different, but the price sure is.

SUMMARY

Make sure what u use in your printer is of reasonable quality, but there is just no need so much for not much more.

Apparently Epson inkjet printer paper soaks up the ink better than other types of paper. This is true to an extent; it's obviously not good to put very shiny paper in etc.

I have tried many types of paper and unless you’re doing heavy picture printing then any reasonable paper will do.
