Brilliant CPU for an entry build!

I've had this CPU for quite some time now, and it has never let me down. It's a nice, fast CPU, which is good for both general use, and gaming. When I bought this CPU I was a tad hesitant as it was quite cheap, and not the most powerful CPU on the market. I took the chance and went for it. When I got it, I had the stock cooler, which had a fairly small fan and heat sink. I had core temp running so I could monitor the temps of the CPU, as I was using the PC for both gaming and work, so the gaming got me concerned about the temp at a high load. I can tell you now, the stock cooler is pretty poor if you're using it for gaming - it was about a week before I went and purchased a better cooler, with a bigger, 140mm fan. This then kept temps at around 40-50C max when gaming. I was quite impressed for air cooling, but it is a high airflow case so it made sense :) I've had this cpu now for about 4 years, and it's done me well - I am looking at upgrading though, as I'm wanting more cores for video editing :) I love this CPU for the price, and it really does do the job!
