AMD one of Intels biggest rivals have done it once again, toping the Cpu League Table by releasing the AMD 2400xp+ 266mhz FSB superb cpu will leave a mark for intel for several years. This processor is FAST. I have noticed significant processing power from anything from watching photoshop open much more quickly to my frame rates basically maxing out on counterstrike and several other games. My computer can now truly complete multiple tasks at once, such as playing DVD's while transfering files, surfing the net, while also running photoshop. This processor is capable of running most of your application needs without any problems. However, it is important to note that this processor does not run at 2.4ghz as perhaps assumed, it runs at 2.01ghz so it is comparable to a P4 2.0ghz.
