We have seen that some of the most popular processors from Intel in dual core category were Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 with almost 2.66 GHz of core speed and Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 with approx 3 GHz core speed. Both processors got huge response from all over the world and they are still in most popular category with continuous demands.

We haven't seen speed in terms of 4 GHz or more, all processors have below 4 GHz speed and hope that this limit will break soon.
Intel is ahead with its fast speed processors in multicore technology. Cor2 duo processors in cost effective and it have more demands in personal computing market.

Best available processor in core2 duo family and have superb clock speed with 3.33 GHz. In my last review about quad core processor with 3 GHz of clock speed and 1333 MHz of front side data bus speed. This processor also has similar features except 4 cores as this has only 2 cores. The front side bus speed is more important for data transfer and high speed performance. You will never feel any problem with data transfer speed as there is a good capacity speed available.

Next point is its L2 cache size. We have an idea that about one year ago there was only 2 MB or less cache size was available and now this limit is broken with surprisingly up to 16 MB!. Of -course technology is growing day by day and we are getting best day by day.

This processor has excellent 6 MB of L2 cache size for temporary data storage and smooth performance. Intel processors have been changed with modern technology and requirement o that 45 nm technology is more effective in terms of power consumption and less heat generation. So feel free and enjoy your work with more comfort and speed.

Processor also supports 64 bit technology for next generation computing. This technology is not adapted in overall market as 32 Bit is still most popular and almost all applications are easily available in this category. But we may face some problem with 64 bit technology as some applications are not available in this category.

Tested with almost all important applications like Photoshop CS3( my most favorite application), CorelDraw X4 and most important 3ds max. I always try to taste performance of any computing machine with 3ds max as it is more important to get graphics performance of any processor.

There are no problems with any of these applications, but we have to put good graphics card for getting better performance in heavy applications. Processor or RAM alone can't perform fast without having good graphics memory, so go for better dedicated graphics memory and enjoy high speed performance for personal computing.
Over all this is a best available processor in dual core category with super fast speed and cache memory.
