Personal opinion (Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 / 2.33 GHz)

Advantages: A breif look at the Q8200 Disadvantages: Walk of shame against Q6600
When I look at a processor I look at it's FSB, Caching, speed and well the obvious to be honest. I've seen this on loads of sites and I admit for it's price I think it's bad. I've compared this with a lower Quad called Q6600 and that processor was much better and cheaper (Or in some cases the same price; although that might of been because it was apparently knocked of the shelves) I admit though because it's a Quad core it's still great. You have 4 cores instead of 2 or in some cases 1. It has a good FSB speed compared to other versions and obviously with good cooling systems you can probably overclock this to a decent speed for your computer. Summary: A good processor for it's price!
