Intel Pentium III processor is a old generation processor. This model has clock speed 1.13 GHz. If we compare 1 GHz and 1.13 GHZ then we find not much difference but there is a big difference between 1 ghz and 1.13 ghz. The difference is the chache momory. Chache memory means a lot. If you have celeron processor with 1.7 GHz clock speed and Pentium III processor with 1.13 GHz then you will not be able to differentiate between the performance.

Summary: Nice Upgrade.
