I thought 'hey i'll pay by credit card till i get paid, then pay off the maxmium balance in one go', that never happened, i never budgeted so I only ended up paying the minimum. Then there were the loans for a £1000, and another and another till I realised I owed quite a bit of money. I needed help because letters were coming through the post that I never wanted to open. My dad helped me reorganise my finances, but I never told him of the exact figure that I owed. You see I regret my flippant spending now, because I'm in a postion where I'm repaying my debts rather than saving for a deposit for a house.
