Advantages: Flexible learning

I recommended ICS to my friend. She wanted to do GCSE English & Maths. I really wish I hadn't! Everyone is spot on about customer service - it is very shoddy! It takes ages to get through to anyone! Its ironic how they will push to get you registered but when you need assistance - they are MIA! She's just started the course, who knows what she is yet to encounter? I think some components in the pack are missing. Plus she can't even log into her account. They did not tell her about the added costs for the books and exam registration! so it may seem like a cheap option but it really isnt.
It seems alot of other people are facing similar problems. I wish i read read these reviews earlier. I would advise people to find other distant learning providers. ICS are misleading and not worth it.

Summary: Dont fall for the TV commercials.
