I have signed up to do a Child Care course with ICS and everything seems to be going great so far. i've enjoyed getting my teeth into something new and with the discount i got for paying in full i'm quite happy that i'm getting good value! The girl i spoke to helped me make my choice and took me through the course and explained how i could contact my tutor so i feel as if i've got some backing should everything go wrong. She wasn't pushy and let me make up my own mind, even letting me think it over! The coursework seems to be set out well enough although some of the things I've heard can be a bit misleading!

I did GCSe maths with them and found everything to be alright. The study guide was straight forward and any issues I had were cleared up within a few days. Seemed to me quite helpful and the choice to pay in small chunks helped me a lot!

Am I the only one who had a positive experience?! I did my GCSE English and had no problems whatsoever online and on the phone if I had a query. I am doing my Maths just now and have recommended Ics to some of my friends and they have been ok so far. In fact quite good.

I recommended ICS to my friend. She wanted to do GCSE English & Maths. I really wish I hadn't! Everyone is spot on about customer service - it is very shoddy! It takes ages to get through to anyone! I agree with Michael avoid like the plague. Customer service is appalling. They are rude and unsympathetic. I would say they are money grabbers. The course material is not up to much and extremely expensive. I feel onto hard times after my husband left but they didnt care just wanted their money and if I didnt pay they would send it to a debt collection agency. They didnt even offer any alternatives to help out. Do not do a course with them its the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
