I've never spoken to anyone who hasn't been a least a little apprehensive about a job interview, infact most people seem to be either quietly nervous or an outright bag of nerves. I vary in the middle; I try to prepare as much as I can before hand and let the nerves push me along rather than get the better of me. As for suggestions, these are a few things to keep in mind: Before The Interview: * Background knowledge - Swat up a little on the company you are applying for. Well I have an interview coming up on wednesday for a clerical position in which I am very nervous but I know when it comes down to sitting and talking with the interviewer I will be fine. Here are some tips I have put together. First of all I think you should never ever be late for an interview. This is not going to be a good first impression because the interviewer will think if they cannot even make an interview on time how will they be expected to come to work on time.
