With VisualAge for C++, you can develop applications on Windows NT or Windows 95 that can then run on Windows NT, Windows 95 or Windows 3.1 (via Win32S). VisualAge for C++ includes object-oriented programming tools such as IBM SOMobjects Developer Toolkit. Make Windows programming much easier with features such as Compound Document Framwork support for OLE and Data Access Builder support for ODBC. Use IBM Open Class, a complete set of class libraries including collections, user interface and data access.
