Epson EMP 5500 ... projector - lightweight, excellent lamp life. This projector comes with a variety of cables enablong connection to your computer, via USB leads and connectors, to your Television and video recorder. Picture quality is very good. I have used the projector on my white wall in place of our television and it really does produce a bright, accurate and well focussed image almost as good as the LCD television itself. Computer images are also excellent. The curtains need to be closed for full viewing pleasure. Colours are great. It s wonderful to watch a film like this. Optoma DS306i ... parents work as lecturers and thay have gone through many projectors in their times and they said even though this broke down twice it is still the best one and I asked them if I could borrow it and I did and this is what I found: Quality of picture: it is outstanding, the quality is just really professional like a movie theatre and I couldn t believe it wasn t even a brand I have heard from before, but this machine quality is really good and it lasts aswell but when the bulb is about to die then the quality goes down and down but it gives you warning to when it is going to die which is the good thing. Benq MP623 ... really like this projector, as it was right in my budget range and seemed to be such a multi-purpose projector. Of course for projectors, this was considered one of the more affordable medium end projectors and not a high end one, so performances would still not be at the top. However, for presentation purposes that I used for my middle school students and for my own usages at home on the weekends for movies with friends, it was perfect! The MP623 is equipped with 2500 ANSI lumens which is more than enough to illuminate the white board in a classroom and way more than enough for a dark enclosed room, for movies per say.
