Sony Bravia VPL-HW10:
... projector is a HUGE step up from my previous DLP machine, which itself was earning all the mid price plaudits from magazines and review columns of this kind only 2 years ago. Easy to set up, very quiet, and in my case throwing an amazingly sharp 2.5 metre picture from a distance of only 3.2metres. Used in conjunction with a Humax freesat PVR the difference between BBC HD and the normal BBC channel is so compelli... Read the full review: An amazing projector at mid price by Homecinemafan |

JVC DLA G20E ... EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, what a machine! perfectly able to display full HD(scaled to 1050 via component), pin sharp images more than keep up with fast moving action from DVD or BLU-RAY. Fully adjustable thru easy to understand menu layout. There are more PRO-based adjustments that can be performed, but thats best left for when you get to know its characteristics a bit better. All in all the opening sentence says it all. There are a few prices to pay, it s big, it s heavy the fan will make itself obvious if your viewing room is not big enough. The lamps aren t cheap(£1250plus)and it runs very warm/hot, but when you switch to eco mode it does quieten down a bit... Read the full review: ONE FOR THE PROs. by Mark Edwards |

Well anyway this is a great projector and has with stood years and years of use it has moved 3 times with us could be the dust which has killed it. If you want to plug this into the tv you have to buy another lead as in the box it only comes with the lead to go into a dvd player, when i did manage to get it into the tv the world cup looked fantastic on it. got this on ebay much cheaper than over 1 and a half grand i think i got it for about £400 films look good just buy a bag of popcorn and a dvd friom the corner shop put in ...
