The MP611 runs at just 25dB in its power-saving mode, making it literally whisper-quiet.

Another design touch you'll appreciate is the auto-off feature, which shuts the projector down if no input sources are detected after a set time, conserving power and preventing possible overheating.

The MP611 even performs reliably in harsh environments, such as high altitudes, thanks to its special operating modes. These modes automatically adjust the cooling fan speeds and other settings to ensure optimal operation whatever the ambient conditions.

The MyScreen software makes it a snap to create a custom start-up screen, like a photo or company logo. Connect the MP611 to your PC with a common RS-232 cable and start up MyScreen. MyScreen will prompt you to select the image file you want to use, and then upload it to the MP611 so you can put your personal stamp on every presentation.

BenQ realizes that not every presentation or movie will have the benefit of a pitch-dark room, so that's why it features a powerful 2400-lumen lamp that ensures a bright picture even in sunlit rooms. For added flexibility and convenience, BenQ has added a blackboard mode to the MP611. That means even in a classroom or other venues where only a blackboard is available, you can still display legible text, cleanly rendered images, and crisp video.
