We purchased this product in New Zealand for about $751 US and it has performed very well.

While it's not quite as small as some of the more portable competitors, the HDMI input, 1280x800px resolution, the brightness, contrast and instant off makes this projector fantastic.

The image quality and resolution is extremely good in real-world use - brilliant for displaying fine detailed tables and charts and great for home movies, projecting a wall-filling image from 4 meters away. BTW, we use a DVI to HDMI cable from a computer.

The only negative would be the lack of horizontal keystone correction which would've been handy in some meeting and living room situations.
