Advantages: The price, The picture quality and so forth

Disadvantages: Didnt work as well on old toshiba TV's

Its time to bring the Cinema to your own home! (Not litteraly of course. That would be illegal lol) but in terms of watching DVD's on a huge screen and not having to fork out a fortune on a large TV. I was sitting back in my armchair the one day, watching old videos on my 14 inch TV, and suddenly thought 'Hey! I have a bit of extra cash floating around. Ill buy a projector!'. So off I trotted to Dixons in the high street where upon entering I spotted the mother of all Projectors (Ok it was more of a baby projector lol but you get my drift) with a price tag of only £281.05! $_$ Ca ching!

To be honest, Ive never seen a projector this cheap and even though it doesnt come with a special screen to project the image onto, I found that my wall was the perfect size and colour for this very occasion. (A tinted green and 8 foot by 7 foot - The wall opposite the fire place).

The projector produces almost NO sound when it is switched on, apart from the low hum of the internal fan and when the volume was turned up, This sound was driven out.

Overview of the projector:
DLP Display Technology For Great Viewing
Native SVGA Resolution (800x600)
2000:1 Contrast Ratio
Bright Display With 1800 ANSI Lumens
# Large Digital Keystone Correction Range
# 3000 Hours Of Lamp Life (I have yet to test this, but according to the information on the box, This is the case)
# Ultra Quiet 27db Operation (Like I said before, Barely a whisper)
# 1.9kg Weight (Because of this, I do NOT recommend fitting one of these to your ceiling. It works better when placed on a side table)
# Password Security (Restricts children from viewing certain content. Very useful)
# Great Connectivity

Picture quality - Amazing!
Colour sensitivity - I am used to turning the lights off when I watch a film, so the brightness of the screen was too much for my eyes. Not ideal
Resolution - Brilliant!
Ease of installation - Simple, But requires reading of the instructions beforehand
Ease of use - Once everything is set up, It works like a charm!
Compatibility - I tried it on all of my TV's. It doesnt work so well with older models of Toshiba TV's.
Quality: Excellent!
Value for money: I was simply astounded by the price. £281.05! $_$ ca ching! lol

Overall I recommend this product. Its brought me hours of enjoyment! =)
