I don't usually do this type of thing but I am really impressed by the commmunication and service I have received from this company.
the first remote I was sent didn't work with my plc xe32 so I contacted the supplier and they informed me that there was another remote listed for this projector and offered to exchange the first one.

I sent back my original purchase and a few days later got a telephone call from the supplier stating that there was in fact 2 other remotes for this sanyo projector and then without me asking they informed me that both of the other remotes have been posted to me and if I could send back the one which did not active my projector.

Ok at under £14 they dojn't cost much but where do you get trust like that today!

I will definitely be dealing with them again
