Different, genuine landlord.
Its not perfect so there are small problems but all forgivable.
Cheapish, full of students, nice layout
May seem phoney, full of students, loud music too often

Small, friendly, very helpful, good menu, etc.
Perhaps not near a great deal of people, worth the trek for a nice lunch or dinner though.
