Basement Bar & Grill

Tucked away as its (unsurprisingly) in a basement. The location could hardly be bettered if you're in town. Right beside the City hall you could easily miss this bar and restaurant. Not as flashy as some of its neighbours such as the apartment or red square this is a nice bar that serves good food. Never too busy, although I've never been on a Friday night, the bar is down a flight of steps and so isn't accessible to all. Big screens inside perhaps mean its a bit sport orientated but when I've been there it's not obtrusive. Decent menu, no big surprises or anything too fancy.
