I am not even sure that I should be recommending The Bullfinch, but it would be selfish not to. This pub / restaurant, located on the Binfield Road, between Wokingham and Binfield, is well worth a visit. Why is it notable? The staff are generally young and friendly – one gets the impression they enjoy being there and are interviewed and selected as opposed to just being taken on to earn extra money. You cannot however book a table, this has its drawbacks and benefits, however everyone has the same chance but equally can be disappointed or have to wait; personally we have always managed to get a table without delay.
