You only have to see how full the car park is at any time a sure sign of good food and good value. We visit the Cock and Crown quite regularly and the carvery is unbelievable for £3.50 with a great choice of meat and vegetables. It now opens at 11am to cater for the customers and serves food until 9pm.You have to try it to believe it, there is no where in our area to compare with it.

Went to the Cock and Crown yesterday evening 23/05 and was very pleasantly surprised at the food - plentiful, well cooked , plenty of variety and at the right price. The cost of the drinks that we had was very modest as well - well done Brewers Fayre and a special thanks to the Landlord of the Cock and Crown for giving my family and I a lovely evenong out. We will certainly be coming agian and that is a certainty.

Staff, rude, ignorant and scruffy. Dont go if you have a disibility of any kind as the staff like to mock and make fun. I am a support worker in west yorkshire and after taking clients there for lunch, we had to leave as they became so distressed from staff making nasty comments, and sniggering.
