Fat Cats is a cafe by day, bar by night. It's on Greyfriars Road in Cardiff opposite the New Theatre and in a small line of bars. It's a far more classier affair than it's neighbours Varsity and LLoyds Bar and so makes a nice little pit stop on a night out or for a quick lunch during the day. By day, it is a nice laid back cafe bar with sofas and booths to sit in. The lunch menu is fairly reasonable in price and the food is good. It is quite basic as in sandwiches and wraps but they are very good quality. It's a nice place to go for a quiet drink or a lunch time catch up.
