Handy for both central and queen street station, the Horseshoe bar is a bit of a Glasgow legend! Downstairs is a fairly traditional Glasgow pub with a huge bar, cheap drinks and good friendly banter. If you can squeeze yourself in the door then this pub is worth a visit. Quite often you have to wait for people to come out before you can get. Its definitely a blokes place but is popular with everyone from the old alky in the corner to the trendy business types and the football crowd. Plenty of choice of beer and the foodupstairs is good.
