The Kings Arms is located in Great Stainton, around 8 miles outside of Darlington. This is a pub in the traditional sense, walking inside is like stepping back in time. The interior is quite dark, with lots of wood, long padded benches, and a red carpet with a pattern not produced since 1978. You can book in advance, but as its quite a large pub there are usually spaces.
