The other night a few friends and myself hit the Weston Super Mare seafront for a night of debauchery. What went from a couple of people going out for civilised drinks soon turned into a crowd of about 18 of us all arguing where we wanted to drink. So to make things fair we went to every single bar along said seafront and in the end we ended up in favourite nightlife spot!

Formerly known as Senoritas this can be either really busy or really heaving! Weekends can be packed as you can get in till gone 1am (Fri-Sat) though any other night....well simply it is either open or it isn't! I've been on a Wednesday night when it was open but closing early then another week gone to go in and its closed. It doesn't do much passing trade where it is situated for some reason and it is located on the beach road with nice sea views and taxis do pick up from outside and it is literally 5 minutes walk from the main town centre, buses pass near by and there is parking area not far from the place too.
Weekends there are great though, smart bouncers are always on the door to give a safe feeling. I have seen a fight in here on a Friday night I wont lie but this is a seaside town with lots of tourists always out and about but the bouncers (who I am on first name terms with) are friendly and very helpful and don't stand for nonsense. I ended up wandering in on my own one night to which they kept a firm eye on me, one night I was so drunk and could barely stand and they wouldn't let me so they do try to always create a safe atmosphere so fair play to them!
With large double doors in and windows to the front, the bar is large and well stocked with all the usual drinks you would expect to be available. Sadly they do not do drink promotions here to the best of my knowledge but a double vodka and coke is about £4.00 with pints being around £4.00 each too. Alcopops and the likes are all available and staff, even when busy are rather fast to serve.
There is a lot of wooden seating in the bar, dim lights and the place is very clean indeed. At weekends there is a always a good dj on playing a mixture of tunes but mainly modern stuff and very loudly. The clientèle here really does span the ages, even on weekends you get from young through to right old people enjoying themselves. There isn't much of a dance floor area but people do boogie on till about 3am here and like I stated earlier this is one of my favourite places to frequent.
There is a cornered off section out the front with tables and chairs for us smokers though no heaters. The area is again kept clean and tidy and your near the bouncers out the front so again although your out the front part you are safe at all times and can hear the music and are not cut off from the main brunt of things.
The toilets here are a huge let down though. Not only do they absolutely stink the place out, the locks on the doors are broken and they just really are not pleasant whatsoever. There is a disabled loo maybe I should see if thats cleaner next time!
This is a nice bar, friendly and I have made many friends in here. Like I stated earlier I wandered in one night when I lost my mates, they soon found me but I'd already met a new mate!
A nice, loud party venue which has little trouble and I will be visiting again in the future I'm sure!
