The Miller's Arms The Miller's Arms was resurrected a few years back as the Sir Loyne of Beefe. At the time, when the nation was in the depths of the BSE crisis, the name brought nothing but bad karma but now its the Miller's Arms doing what it does best: being a friendly, honest boozer. The pub is comfortable and friendly and also very reasonably priced. Nothing special, but then what else does one need? The new name (which I believe was the old name) reflects the fact that there used to be windmills up on the top of the hill, when the whole of Hanover and indeed Brighton was farmland.
