The Old City Bar Canterbury I seem to have spent a lot of time in the last three years visiting Canterbury in Kent because my son spent three years living here whilst studying at a Canterbury university. During this time I, along with my family, have sampled quite a few of the restaurants and pubs in the area. The closest pub to my son's flat was actually The Old City Bar, this being only a few paces from his flat. In fact he could have sat on his doorstep with a pint of beer and felt he was actually in the pub's premises.
