The One4 formally known as the 147 club is a pool and snooker hall located on the somewhat eerie Fleet Street in Liverpool. I have frequented this place for over 10 years now and to be honest nothing has changed much in that time other than an apparent halfhearted lick of paint. The place has an air of the underworld and seedy going's on of gangster plotting. Nothing could be far from the truth.
