Rawlinson Street,or in other words the Rawlo run. This is a steet one mile long and as straight as the flight of one of Robin Hoods arrows. The place where you set off at one end flush with money and end up at the other end skint. Its a great favourite for hen night and stagg night parties. Pubs in Barrow in Furness This town has plenty of good watering holes to cater for everyone’s tastes so I will just give you a quick tour of a few of them. If you are coming with me bring your wallet because the first round is on you. The Strawberry: On the outskirts of the town centre and one of the first pubs you come to as you drive into Barrow along the Abbey Road. This is a popular haunt with the youngsters on a Friday and Saturday night they have live bands on, and it gets packed to the rafters. A nice clean establishment and the bar staff are on the ball.
