Well, where do I start? Blackpool...what an amazing night out!...whether you like dancing away until the early hours, or even just a quiet drink...you'll be happily pleased.

I first experienced Blackpool in February 2009, where we spent the weekend celebrating a friends 21st! As it was out of season, our hotel was only £15 per person/per night...so we thought it was going to be the pits! But...we were all very pleasantly surprised!! The hotel was clean, friendly and most importantly had a little bar! This hotel was called The Coach House. The owners were very friendly and helpful with information about Blackpool. It was situated not far from the centre of the town, about a 10minute walk!

So...after getting dressed and after a few drinks in the hotel bar off we headed for the town centre! We couldnt beleive how cheap the pubs were! We were lucky enough to bump into someone selling wristbands, which guaranteed free entry into most clubs/pubs, and free shots or a bottle of wine with first orders at the bar! the wristband only cost £5...and was well worth it!!!

After a few hours of going in and out of different pubs, we headed for a nightclub, we heard that The Syndicate was the best, so after a quick walk up the street there it was! Coming from a little town, this place looked huge....but we couldnt beleive our eyes after actually going inside!!

After having a walk around, we noticed that there were several different parts to the club...the R'n'B bar...the part of the club playing the cheese!...and also upstairs was a huge part of the club with dance music on!

That night at the syndicate, DJ Alex K was upstairs...it was brilliant! We all had a fantastic night dancing away on the revolving dancefloor!!

4am...closing time at The Syndicate...we werent ready to go back to the hotel...so we followed a crowd to another club...'Flamigo's' a gay club situated not far from The Syndicate!...Everyone seemed to be welcome in the club, gay or straight.

6am...closing time...so we hopped in a taxi (they run all night) and went back to our hotel.

Saturday morning...after the hangovers had gone, we headed out for the day. Walking along the Golden Mile, Looking in the shops mostly selling sticks of rocks, t-shirts and kiss me quick hats! We had a fun ride on the Trams, and had a really fun time at the Pleasure Beach!

Saturday night, and we were all ready to do it all again!!

Although Blackpool is classed as quite tacky...its a brilliant weekend, or for just a night out!

We spent another weekend in Blackpool in September, and are planning another weekend for early next year!

All in all...a fabulously, fantastic, fun, and amazing place to go!
