Here you can have a quiet drink without being disturbed by the youngsters who wade into town on a Friday and Saturday night to enjoy a loud get together at the two discos in town. If you want something more upbeat, then I would recommend the White Horse or Coopers. This is a new look Bistro type bar that offers good music and great chat. Of course you haven’t got to go far to enjoy a swift pint in another pub. Both the Fountain and the White Hart are renowned for their Rock music, pool and all round noise. Builth Wells is the place to get drunk and forgive your sins all at once! Why? Well Builth is a small market town in the middle of Wales but it boasts 10 Pubs and Bars. On top of that you have as many churches and chapels. Stop off at one pub, then get forgiven in a church then off for another pint. Now what type of Pubs do we have here? If you prefer the quiet local pub then the Grey Hound, Farmers or Bridge are ideal.
