As you travel along the A27 westwards from Eastbourne towards Lewes and Brighton, you may notice a small roadside sign pointing the way to a pub which lies about 1/4 mile off to the left. You will find yourself in a very small village by the name of Berwick and at a pub which is called 'The Cricketers'.
