Happening' but to honest it's all a bit of a mish mash decor wise and looks a bit more like a boudoir of some sort with animal print booths, Spanish style tiling, and there's even a pole in the middle of the dancefloor (not sure how Spanish that is!) That said during the day there are some good deals on food and the food is much better here now than it used to be. Their club sandwiches are really nice and you can get a tapas tower (which is six different tapas) and a bottle of house wine for only £12 which is a bit of a bargain. Que Pasa Chelmsford is a popular place day and night. It is located in the centre of town where there are a few bars and other restaurants including a La Tasca, Edwards, Wetherspoons and a Yates. Of all of these bars this is probably the one i visit most regularly. It is supposed to be a Spanish themed bar and Que Pasa means 'What's Happening' but to honest it's all a bit of a mish mash decor wise and looks a bit more like a boudoir of some sort with animal print booths, Spanish style tiling, and there's even a pole in the middle of the dancefloor (not sure how Spanish that is!) Que Pasa is located in the heart of Chelmsford's town centre in the perfect location next to the river and next to a number of other popular bars too. It has a great seating area at the front of the bar which catches the sun from early morning to late afternoon and upstairs they have a nice balcony which overlooks the river and there is plenty more outside seating here and it gets the sun from mid afternoon well into the evening if it's sunny. Inside there are booths and tables and chairs so you can take your pick of where you want to sit.
