Scream pubs are undoubtedly my favourite pubs. At university in Derby the pub THE FRIARY was the number one haunt for students before a night out, or watching football and event to grab a cheap pub dinner. The atmosphere in scream pubs is cosy and warm, with couches and low lighting, but they also all have poole tables and an updated juke box, so constantly playing good music at customers request.
The drinks in scream pubs are relatively cheap, and on the purchase of a £1 yellow card, for students you get a further 25% of certain drinks. The menu is varied and also affordable, there are two for £5.95 meal deals, and also the famous curry and a burger £3.50 or curry and a pint £3.50, which is very handy when at university.
Another great deal with scream pubs is that they have pound a pint nights weekly, you'll find it on a Monday at the Friary in Derby, and a Tuesday at the Junction in Harrow. Both brilliant scream joints. These pubs have a great atmosphere both on weekend and week nights sow whether your looking for a night on it, or a quiet drink with work mates scream pubs are a great place to go!
