      I love it here

Sela bar is one of the best bars you could go to in Leeds. Its not a typical venue as most bars in leeds are full of freshers, you cant find a seat, and the atmosphere is all about drinking. Its on New Briggate, a road that also has dfusion, north bar and gate crasher, this is my favourite out of all of those.

Here, the bar is nicely decorated in red and has art work on the wall that can be bought. The bar stocks a selection of beers, and is slightly more expensive than other venues in leeds.

The bar staff are friendly and theres never a wait for drinks at the bar.

The best part about this bar is that there are live bands on during the week, and occasionally they get a big name jazz act to come and play for which they sell tickets.

The types of bands they get in play jazz, funk, and latin sounds. I really enjoy listening to modern jazz and some of the musicians are just so talented.

Its always possible to get a seat, and the music isnt so loud that you cant talk to people.

I really love the atmosphere in this bar, its friendly, funky and just a nice place to hang out. Its also great for late night drinking if you dont fancy going out clubbing.

Try this if you like live music, and great atmosphere and nice people.
